You can access our online payment center on our website under the "Residents" section. Once signed in, you are able to make payments with a debit or credit card, as well as a bank account.
There are not currently any monthly fees.
We do require our residents to hold a renter's insurance policy with a personal liability limit of at least $100,000.
Utilities are billed back to each resident.

You can use RTC for internet and phone services.
We now offer a $500 Resident Referral. Please contact our office for more information.
Guests can stay for a period of 7 days at a time.
We offer competitive rates - with our lowest rate being for the longer term option.
You will be required to pay a security deposit for each home you live in, as this will cover any damages to that particular home.
We do not allow subletting.
Our buy-out fees are equal to 2-months rent.

We have full size washer and dryers in each apartment home.
Non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 & Monthly Pet Rent of $35 per pet; 2 pet max.

We do not have a pet park - but we are close to numerous parks that are pet friendly.
Each apartment comes with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, dryer, and air conditioner.
We do offer furnished apartments.

We offer lease terms as short as 3 months.
We do offer corporate leases.
Resident packages are either delivered to your door or will be placed in a lockbox by USPS.

10:00pm-8:00am is our quiet time and our community building rental is $250.

Maintenance
Each apartment will have all maintanence taken care of (such as any appliances needing repaired, lights replaced, painting, etc) and will be professionally cleaned prior to you moving in.
We have an excellent on-site maintenance team.
Put in a work order online, via the app, or call the office!
After we receive a work order, our maintenance team will work diligently to have it resolved in a timely manner.
Not at all, our staff can take care of any service issues as long as we have permission to enter.
If it is after hours you'll need to call a locksmith.
We encourage residents to make their apartment their own - but will be responsible for any damages made while decorating such as nail/screw holes, paint, etc.
